Orders & Customisation
At Amaara, most of our products are handmade and made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. For custom orders (including personalised messages or custom gift curation), please ensure all details are correct before confirming. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Shipping Policy
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Shipping timelines range between 5–10 working days, depending on the destination and size of the order. During peak seasons, dispatch may take longer. Amaara is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers but will always assist you in tracking your package.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged goods, provided photographic proof is submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at amaara.gifting@gmail.com for support.
Corporate and Bulk Orders
We offer curated gifting solutions for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product. For all bulk orders, customisation and timelines will be confirmed during the consultation process. A 50% advance is required to initiate production, with the balance payable before dispatch.
